3. PRESENTATION

Nicole Hutchinson, a local curatorial consultant, appears before the Executive Committee, Willistead Manor Inc. to present the Coach House Exhibit Concept Proposal and explains the steps that are required for the planning and design of the exhibition. Ms. Hutchinson indicates that the exhibit will be completed in two phases, the first being “Research and Writing”, followed by “Design and Implementation” and will interpret the history of Hiram Walker and the Walker Family, with a specific focus on Edward and Mary Walker, as well as the development of Walkerville.

A discussion ensues with regards to research, design, the recognition of sponsors, the preservation of the artifacts and the budget for the project.

A presentation will be made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Willistead Manor Inc.

4.1 Chairperson

None.

4.2 Administration

C. Masterson, Manager, Cultural Affairs and T. Graziano, Senior Manager of Facilities will provide updates to the members at the regular meeting.

4.3 Treasurer

S. Gebauer, Executive Secretary to the Board of Directors will provide current account balances on behalf of D. Seguin, Deputy Treasurer, Financial Accounting, at the regular meeting.
