Description of Evaluation Ratings for Questions
In the event of significant changes to the public health environment, the Ministry reserves the right to revise allocations in order to address emergency/critical situations.
Responses will be evaluated using a qualitative approach, in order to confirm initial planning allocations, and will rate submissions as “satisfactory”, “needs more detail”, or “unsatisfactory”.
Satisfactory:
Responses fully address the information requested in each question, and clearly demonstrate a link to the “Key Areas of Consideration for Business Case Submissions” criteria. Evidence is also provided to reinforce each response (e.g., reference to a source document). Evaluators have few or no follow-up questions for the Service Manager.
