Provincial Policy Statement 2020 and conformity with the policies of the City of Windsor Official Plan. Based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the analysis presented in this report, it is my opinion that the requested amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 is consistent with the PPS 2020, is in conformity with the City of Windsor Official Plan and constitutes good planning.
Conclusion:
Staff recommend approval of the requested amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 to change the zoning of the subject land by adding a site specific exception to allow the construction of a multiple dwelling.
