SCHEDULE 2

1. By-law________has the following purpose and effect: To amend the zoning of the land located at the northeast corner of Hawthorne Drive and Enterprise Way, described as Part of Block A, Registered Plan 1644, and designated as Part 2 on Plan 12R-26956, by changing the zoning from MD1.2 to RD3.2.

The zoning change will facilitate the development of a 5-storey multiple dwelling with 182 dwelling units on the subject vacant land. This amendment will result in a transit supportive development on the subject land.
