institutional and non profit rental housing uses. This agreement will benefit both the developer and City. Given that the task of collecting DCs and the s.27 agreements are really an administrative function, Administraton is recommending that the CAO be delegated the authority to approve DCA s.27 agreements. This delegation is in accordance with s.23.1 to 23.3 of the Municipal Act and will avoid numerous separate reports to Council to get approval.
