The package is to inform and educate adjacent residents of the proposed communications facility at the location listed below: TELUS File: ON001423 – Windsor-Huron Church Rd/Mill St (Ambassador Bridge) Legal Land Description: LT 16 W/S SANDWICH ST PL 40 ABSTRACTED AS BEDFORD ST TOWN OF SANDWICH; WINDSOR Address: 3496 Sandwich St. Windsor, ON N9C 1B3 Coordinates: Lat: 42.296064⁰; Long: -83.080060⁰ Location and Site Context TELUS is proposing to construct a 35m self-support telecommunication tower and supporting equipment shelter at this location. The proposed tower will be located on the north side of South Street and on the east side of Wilkinson Lane.

Due to a variety of circumstances, including the distance between the existing towers and growing number of wireless users in the area, TELUS produced a search ring for an appropriate telecommunications site. As a result, TELUS has secured a site as indicated on the map below. TELUS Radio Engineering Department selected this area as an appropriate location to maximize coverage for users in the area. The site selected is central to the area requiring additional coverage.
