The proposed development is located next to one of Windsor’s oldest houses, which is a designated historic property – Thank you for the information. To clarify, the proposed tower is not located on a designated historic resource and will not negatively impact the adjacent properties.

Health Concerns – As previously stated, TELUS will adhere to Health Canada’s Safety Code 6 requirements. Please contact Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC) or Health Canada for more information about the federal requirements that TELUS follows with respect to health and safety concerns.

Aesthetics and scale of development with respect to the neighbourhood – Further to my previous response, there are technical reasons for proposing the height of the facility and the proposed lattice tower design was thought to be suitable with respect to the industrial/commercial uses nearby and to provide visual transparency, as opposed to a solid structure.
