A quantification of the total area of the realigned Broadway Drain is calculated from the top of slope to the top of slope, as well as the HWL of the Detroit River. These calculations have been provided in square meters and can be found in Table 5.

A quantification of the indirect habitat lost in the Healy Drain and the Drainage Channel along the former Water Street is shown in Table 8. It is important to note that these areas were calculated using conservative estimates through site photos and air photo interpretation.
