Moved by Councillor Gignac, seconded by Councillor Costante, THAT the Clerk BE DIRECTED to transmit the recommendation(s) contained in the report(s) discussed at the In-Camera Council Meeting held March 2, 2020 directly to Council for consideration at the next Regular Meeting.

That the confidential report from the Senior Manager of Parks, Corporate Leader, Parks, Facilities, Recreation and Culture and Chief Financial Officer/City Treasurer and Corporate Leader Finance and Technology respecting a personal matter about an identifiable individual BE RECEIVED and further Administration BE AUTHORIZED TO PROCEED on the verbal direction of
