No person shall operate an electric kick-scooter (e-scooter) on a highway unless the person is wearing a helmet that meets the requirements of Sections 3 and 4 of Regulation 610 – Safety Helmets under the Highway Traffic Act and the chin strap of the helmet is securely fastened under the chin.
