“Electric kick-scooter (e-scooter)” shall mean an electric kick-scooter as defined by the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, cH-8 as amended.

No person shall operate slow moving construction or farming equipment, a horse, a vehicle drawn by a horse, a motorcycle having a cylinder swept volume of 50 cubic centimeters or less, a motorcycle driven by electricity stored in the vehicle, a motor assisted bicycle or a wheelchair on any portion of the E. C. Row Expressway or Dougall Parkway (between Howard Avenue and Sixth Concession Road) with the exception of those vehicles used in the maintenance of the Expressway.
