TO THE MAYOR AND MEMBERSOF COUNCIL:

A special meeting of Council will be held on Monday,July 13, 2020, at 9:15 o’clock a.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, whichallowsfor electronic participation during a declared emergency. Council will at the special meeting adopt a resolution to authorize Council to meet in closed session, and the resolution shall contain the general nature of the matters to be consideredin the closed session. The resolution must be adopted by a majority of Council present during the open special meeting before the meeting may be closed.

A meeting of the Striking Committee will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020, immediately following the in-camera _meeting, via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended,whichallowsfor electronic participation during a declared emergency.

The regular meeting of Council will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergencyto considerthe regular agenda for that day.
