TO THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF COUNCIL:

A special meeting of Council will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 9:30 o'clock a.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency. Council will at the special meeting adopt a resolution to authorize Council to meet in closed session, and the resolution shall contain the general nature of the matters to be considered in the closed session. The resolution must be adopted by a majority of Council present during the open special meeting before the meeting may be closed. 

A meeting of the Striking Committee will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020, immediately following the in-camera meeting, via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011  as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency. 

The regular meeting of Council will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 10:00 o'clock a.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency  to consider the regular agenda for that day.
