SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FISH SALVAGE
GENERAL
SECTION 201
The Work shall include the capture, salvage and release of fish that are trapped or stranded as the result of the Contractor's operations, at locations identified in the Fish Salvage Plan, and

All work shall be the Fish Salvage Plan unless Consultant or the Conservation Consultant and performed in accordance with otherwise determined by the Authority.

MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT
SECTION 204
Payment for this Work will be made at the lump sum price bid for "Fish Capture and Release". The lump sum price will be considered full compensation for all labour, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to complete the Work to the satisfaction of the Consultant.
