1. General Description of the Work:
Construction of a sanitary sewer and private drain connections on:

3. The total overall frontage is 2,681.964 meters from which 374.911 meters are being deducted for the right-of-way on the intersection of Baseline Road with Fairbairn Street as well as City owned and/or assessed properties and 34.904 metres added for special adjustment frontage, leaving a total abutting frontage of 2,272.149 meters, which is equal to the assessable frontage.

4. The estimated cost to the abutting landowners is $779,360, calculated in accordance with the Local Improvement Policy consolidation approved by Council Resolution 431/2020. The single payment rate is $244.41 per meter of frontage for the sanitary sewer construction and $3,206.83 per private drain connection; while the estimated annual special charges rate is $27.99 per meter of frontage and $367.55 per private drain connection for ten years at 2.56% interest or at $18.79 per meter frontage and $281.63 per
