A. PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to change the designation of the subject lands on · Schedule D: Land Use, Volume I of the City of Windsor Official Plan from 'Commercial Corridor' to ‘Residential'.

B. LOCATION:

The amendment applies to the land described as Lots 21 & 22, Part Lots 20, 23 & 24 Plan 980; Part Closed Alley; Part Lot 127 Concession 1 Sandwich East more particularly described as Parts 1, 7 & 8 RP 12R24215, located on the south side of Edgar Street, west of Lauzon Road.
