Re: Item 15 (Notices of Motion) on the City Council Agenda for November 9, 2020.

I really don't understand the purpose of this motion. We all know that there isn't unanimous support for the flawed hospital plan, no matter what council decides.

Is it to convince the citizens of Windsor that this plan is supported? We all know that it's not.

Is it to convince the Ministry of Health? The criteria required to get WRH out of stage 1 obviously has not been met for the past 5 years. Do you think applying pressure with this motion will change that?

Do you think the "survey" taken during the townhall meetings is legitimate or accurate? The most vulnerable wards 2 and 3 were not even part of it. They stand to lose accessibilty to hospital care more than any other wards. How will this be an improvement to healthcare in Windsor.

My hope is that we can build up our city with a better plan that makes sense. It is possible.

Yours truly,
