Bill Impacts	The bill impact of the 2021 carbon charges for a typical residential customer with annual consumption of 2,400 m3 is an increase of $47.08 per year in the EGD rate zone.The bill impact of the 2021 carbon charges for a typical residential customer with annual consumption of 2,200 m3 is an increase of $43.23 per year in the Union rate zones.
