To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter in support of the Celestial Beacon Project in Ward 2. I am a law student at Windsor University and reside near the proposed project location. It is no secret that Windsor University suffers from a reputation of being a lacklustre campus. I believe that this project will provide much needed support to the area's entertainment and culture. Additionally, contrary to the neigh-sayers, this project will not detract from the natural splender of the waterfront, but rather fit in perfectly with the area. I implore all councilors to ignore the few NIMBY voices who want to bar this project out of a selfish concern for their pristine view of the river, or their uncompromising commitment to obstructing progress and joy.
