BY-LAW NUMBER 86-2020
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 55-2019 BEING A BYLAW TO CLOSE, STOP
UP AND CONVEY THE 10.06 METRES WIDE PRINCESS AVENUE RIGHT-OF-
WAY LOCATED EAST OF NORMAN ROAD AND WEST OF WESTMINSTER
BOULEVARD, NORTH OF TECUMSEH ROAD EAST AND SOUTH OF
EMPRESS STREET; CITY OF WINDSOR
Passed the 15th day of June, 2020.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 55-2019 passed the
15th day of April, 2019;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:
1. That By-law 55-2019 be amended by deleting the following from Schedule “A” in its entirety:
“Part of Princess Avenue, Registered Plan 1360, designated as Parts 1 and 2, 12R27669; Windsor
Being Part of PIN 01113-0733
Part of Lot 111 Concession 1, designated as Parts 3 and 4, 12R27669; Windsor
Being Part of PIN 01113-0494”,
and by replacing it with the following:
“Part of Princess Avenue, Registered Plan 1360, designated as Part 2, 12R27669; Windsor
Being Part of PIN 01113-0733”.
2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day upon which it is registered in the Land Registry Office for the County of Essex (No.12).
