For any lot located in an area bound by Wyandotte Street West to the north, Janette Avenue to the east, Tecumseh Road West to the south and McKay Avenue to the west and zoned MD1.3, the following shall be additional permitted uses:

• Building Materials Recycling Store
• Bulk Storage Facility
• Contractor's Office
• Equipment Rental Shop
• Food Catering Service
• Food Processing Facility
• Laundry Plant
• Manufacturing Facility
• Medical Appliance Facility
• Repair Shop – Heavy
• Repair Shop – Light
• Retail Store – Equipment & Supplies
• Welding Shop

Any use accessory to any of the above uses
