The applicant is applying for an exemption under Section 9(3) of The Condominium Act for approval of a plan of condominium for a 180 unit, 3 structure, multiple unit development.

The subject site has received Site Plan Approval (File SPC-020/18) registered as CE882713, April 4, 2019 which permitted a total of 180 multiple unit dwellings. The agreement covers a range of municipal and agency requirements to be completed by the owner including items such as the provision of landscaping, parking, parkland conveyance, levies and lighting, et cetera, prior to the issuance of a construction permit.
