Should Council approve the pre-commitment of capital funds to this project, any expenditures made in advance of the funding period(s) detailed in the above chart will be subject to temporary financing costs. The Project Manager throughout the life of the project will mitigate these financing costs to the extent possible in an attempt to absorb the total financing costs within overall project budget.

Should the results of the tender pricing indicate that the capital expenditures for the project will fall in excess of the capital budget amounts inclusive of financing costs and any other unforeseen costs that may arise during the project, then a report will be presented to City Council to seek direction and approval for additional funding as may be required for the project.
