A written report and photographic record summarizing (and showing comparative photos) will be completed following each monitoring year (2017 and 2019). These monitoring reports will be provided to DFO and Infrastructure Canada by December 1st of each monitoring year. If the results of the monitoring indicate that the offsetting measures are not completed by the date specified and/or are not functioning appropriately, the proponent shall give written notice to DFO immediately and WDBA will ensure that corrections are implemented as soon as possible. Upon implementing corrections, monitoring will continue and DFO will receive a written notice to inform that the corrections have been implemented.
