Hi There,

We are the owners of the Loose Goose Restopub and Lounge here in downtown Windsor.

For this meeting of council we would like to know how we are going to be able to extend our patio so that we are allowed to serve customers again.

Will the street in front of us be closed down? When will it be closed down if so?

If the street is not being closed down then are we allowed to use the side walk up the street towards the lights at Pitt street as a patio?

Will we be allowed to use "soft rails" so that we can easily and quickly put up the enclosure? And if we are allowed to do that, will the indemnity fee be waved this year? If we aren't erecting railing that require us to drill into the sidewalk then we would like that fee waved.

Also what is going to be done about the vagrant issues downtown? There seem to be a lot more then ever, and it is going to be a huge hinderance to us all trying to reopen our businesses.

We look forward to working with the city of Windsor so that we can all get back to business.

We await all the city's decisions this evening.

Thank you

Thank you

Angus
