Conclusion:
The proposed improvements to the ground floor facades at 5640 Wyandotte Street East protect and maintain the condition of a traditional main street building in line with the vision and goals of the Building Facade Improvement Program for Main Streets. There are sufficient funds in Reserve Fund 156 to fund this application. Therefore, Administration recommends approval of the grant application for the improvements made to the building facades located at 5640 Wyandotte Street East.
