The application calls for a double duplex dwelling and if each unit has between 3 and 4 bedrooms each, this would translate into 12 to 16 persons living on the property with only a few parking spaces provided. This seems to represent intensification of the subject property that is significantly beyond what is reasonable.
Collectively, the aforementioned issues are reasons why we are unable to support the application.
