A 2 storey residential apartment with a total of 40 Units and 67 Parking Spaces (see Figure 2c – Residential Apartment).

Each unit will be approximately 92.90 sq m in size. The total density of this concept is 24.8 units per ha.

All concepts propose the re-use of the existing building, style and layout. Options 1 and 2 propose a third storey.
