Recommendation:

THAT CR157/2016 BE AMENDED by specifying that the date for approval of the draft Plan of Condominium Conversion for Deauville Apartments Inc. 8750 Wyandotte St E be changed from March 7, 2019 to March 7, 2021.

BACKGROUND:

On September 30, 2015, the Planning Department received an application from Deauville Apartments Inc. for approval of a plan of condominium to permit the conversion of a three-story apartment building containing 36 dwelling units from rental to condominium tenure. The building is known municipally as 8750 Wyandotte Street East and was built in 1963. There are a total of 45 surface parking spaces available on the site.

LOCATION: North side of Wyandotte Street East, between Isack Drive and Westchester Drive, municipally known as 8750 Wyandotte Street East, and in Electoral Ward 6.
