Conclusion:
The Windsor Essex Housing Benefit (WEHB) and the Canada Ontario Housing Benefit in affordable housing for our community and will help (COHB) are welcome investments to support households who are currently on the wait list for social and affordable housing in meeting their housing needs. This funding supports goal one of the 10 Year Housing and Homelessness Master Plan specifically addressing the target to increase the number of new affordable housing units and/or rent assisted units in Windsor Essex.
