The request for the change stems from the fact that:
- this is a private condominium development with no public roads;
- we have proceeded through the Site Plan Control process and are awaiting a final approval based on the Zoning By-law Amendment before Council tonight; and
- the land owner to the north has submitted a Draft Plan of Subdivision that does not show a roadway connection to the applicant’s lands.
Given there are issues with providing a verbal presentation to Council, we have discussed this matter in some detail with Mr. Hunt and he is able to answer any questions Council may have on our behalf.
