BY-LAW NUMBER 59-2020

A BY-LAW TO ASSUME FOR SUBSEQUENT CLOSURE THE 3.66 METRE (12 FOOT) WIDE NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY LOCATED WEST OF HENRY FORD CENTRE DRIVE, EAST OF DROUILLARD ROAD, SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERLY LIMIT OF THE PROPERTY MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 1168 DROUILLARD ROAD AND NORTH OF DEMING STREET, CITY OF WINDSOR

Passed the 4th day of May, 2020.

WHEREAS the 3.66 metre (12 foot) wide north/south alley located west of Henry Ford Centre Drive, east of Drouillard Road, south of the southerly limit of the property municipally known as 1168 Drouillard Road and north of Deming Street, as more particularly described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed, is vested in The Corporation of the City of Windsor;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the said lands be assumed for subsequent closure;

THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

1. That the 3.66 metre (12 foot) wide north/south alley located west of Henry Ford Centre Drive, east of Drouillard Road, south of the southerly limit of the property municipally known as 1168 Drouillard Road and north of Deming Street, City of Windsor, as more particularly described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed and forming part of this by-law, be and the same is hereby assumed for subsequent closure.

2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
