Conclusion:
A proposed COVID-19 lane/road closure procedure as well as how to implement lane closures along Riverside Dr from Devonshire to Caron Ave. reducing Riverside Dr. to two lanes is presented in response to CQ 9-2020. Many of the SERT group have expressed significant concerns regarding undertaking temporary lane/road closures. Administration does not recommend pursuing these types of lane/road closures at this time.
