11.1 Application for a Cannabis Retail Store Authorization at 7833 Tecumseh Road East Ward 8 (C 45/2020)

Clerk's Note: Administration notes the following changes to the report (specifically on page 2 of 5, under the "Discussion" section): a) "50m of another cannabis retail store" should read "150m from another cannabis retail store" – the number 1 was omitted inadvertently; and

b) "150m of any identified publicly owned/operated facility" should read "proximity of any identified publicly owned/operated facility" – the distance is not specified in the Policy; and c) "an area where retail operations are not listed as a permitted use" should be followed by "under the City's Zoning By-laws."
