TO THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF COUNCIL:

• A special meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., in Room 139, Council Meeting Room, 350 City Hall Square. Council will at the special meeting adopt a resolution to authorize Council to meet in closed session, and the resolution shall contain the general nature of the matters to be considered in the closed session. The resolution must be adopted by a majority of Council present during the open special meeting before the meeting may be closed.

• A special meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, immediately following the in-camera meeting, in the Council Chambers, 350 City Hall Square to consider the agenda for that day.
