Minutes City Council Monday, February 24, 2020

Question in the form of a written report, consistent with Council's instructions, and in accordance with Section 17.1 of the Procedure by-law 98-2011:

Assigned to Chief Building Official Asks that Administration report back on a bylaw amendment that would see the City waive building permit fees for projects whose express purpose would be to improve accessibiltiy of a structure in compliance with AODA guidelines.

The motion is put and is lost. Aye votes: Councillors McKenzie, Holt, and Morrison. Nay votes: Councillors Francis, Costante, Bortolin, Sleiman, Gignac, and Kaschak. Abstain: None. Absent: None.
