That Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex be APPROVED as an addition to the Grants and Waiver of Fees Permanent list for all future requests for grants-in-lieu of City fees (excluding School Board portion of development charges and refundable indemnity fees) relative to future requests to provide affordable housing and that said amount(s) be funded from Corporate dept ID 0131691 Grants and Waiver of Fee; and,
That City Council AUTHORIZE Administration to undertake a streamlined process going forward relative to collection of the building, development and related fees for the Habitat for Humanity Windsor Essex requests which are subject to this grant-in-lieu waiver of fees approval, thereby allowing for said fees to be directly collected from Corporate ID 0131691. Carried.

- I. That the following City of Windsor (the "City") vacant parcel of land BE DECLARED surplus:
- Municipal address: 1191 Drouillard Road – situate on the west side of Drouillard Road, north of Ontario Street
- Legal Description: Part Lots 153 and 154 on Registered Plan 620
- Lot size: 45 feet x 91 feet (13.7m x 27.7m)
- Lot area: 4,085 sq ft (379.5 m2) (herein the "Subject Parcel"); and,
II. That the Manager of Real Estate Services BE AUTHORIZED to offer the vacant parcel of land identified in Recommendation I for sale on the MLS at a price to be determined by the Manager of Real Estate Services commensurate with an independent appraisal. Carried.
