A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 208-2008 BEING A BY-LAW TO DELEGATE TO ADMINISTRATION THE AUTHORITY TO PROCESS, MAKE DECISIONS ON, AND TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR CERTAIN MATTERS

Passed the 24th day of February, 2020.

WHEREAS By-law Number 208-2008, being a by-law to delegate to administration the authority to process, make decisions on, and to execute agreements for certain matters, was passed on the 1st day of December, 2008.

• AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law Number 208-2008.
• THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

• 1. That the By-Law be amended by deleting s.1.24.
• 2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
