Decision Number: CR63/2020 That the following Council Question by Councillor Bortolin BE APPROVED, and that Administration BE DIRECTED to proceed with the necessary actions to respond to the Council Question in the form of a written report, consistent with Council's instructions, and in accordance with Section 17.1 of the Procedure By-law 98-2011:
CQ 2-2020:
- Assigned to City Engineer Asks administration to report back on options for 400 Erie St. E in regards to issues related to parking, including but not limited to:
- Parking along Broadhead to continue as is subject to Council approval
- Approval of parking along west side of Mercer
- Continuation of agreement for east side of Mercer subject to Council approval
- Options for parking on the interior of their property
- Options relating to allowing parking on a small parcel fronting the North/South alley
- Any other options that might exist to help relieve the need to create a paved parking lot on a lot in Broadhead
- Also asks that these options be brought back to council for consideration at its meeting on March 2nd, 2020.
