Rhys Trenhaile, representing Celernus Investment Partners Inc. appears before Council to provide comment regarding the "Brownfield Redevelopment Community Improvement Plan (CIP) application submitted by Celernus Investment Partners Inc. for 374 Ouellette Ave," requesting that approval also be given to participate in the Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials Survey.

Decision Number: CR56/2020 DHSC 128 

I. That the request made by Celernus Investment Partners Inc. to participate in the Environmental Site Assessment Grant Program BE APPROVED for the completion of the proposed Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Study and Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials Survey at 374 Ouellette Ave pursuant to the City of Windsor Brownfield Redevelopment Community Improvement Plan; and,

II. That the City Treasurer BE AUTHORIZED to issue payment up to a maximum of $8,000 based upon the completion and submission of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Study, and up to a maximum of $3,471.40 for a Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials Survey, for total eligible grants of $11,471.40, completed in a form acceptable to the City Planner and City Solicitor.
