ACTIVITIES WITHOUT PARENTS
The following are programs that encourage independence for children without the participation of their parent/guardian.
Kidnazium
An active program designed to develop flexibility, coordination, balance and fine- and gross-motor skills. Using gymnastics equipment, participants are encouraged to try different fundamentals of gymnastics. Also included as a focus is fitness and fun! Location: Town Park Recreation Centre

Fundamental Sport
A fun packed program for children to develop the skills needed to play different sports. You have to learn to kick before you can kick a winning goal! Children will learn a variety of skills and drills while developing their fine and gross motor skills. Location: Town Park Recreation Centre

Tiny Danc'as
A fun and creative introductory class to introduce little ones to rhythm, movement and music. Skills development is based on basic ballet, tap and jazz. Routines will be developed and weekly activities will be based on themes. Location: Jack Burger Sports Complex

Junior Chefs
Learn the basics such as kitchen safety, table setting, measuring and mixing. This program gives a chance to get your hands messy in the kitchen while preparing some healthy treats. Location: Town Park Recreation Centre

Dish It Up!

Ar(KID)ecture
Get out your blue prints and come build with us! Staff will plan weekly themes where children build out of a variety of materials including lego, popscicle sticks and more. The possibilities are endless and sure to be tons of fun! Location: Town Park Recreation Centre

Creative Kiddos Workshops
Express your creativity with multiple creative components. Children will experience painting, drumming, sculpture, drama and more.
