VI. THAT The Chief Administrative Officer and City Clerk BE AUTHORIZED to sign all necessary documents approved as to form and content satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
VII. THAT the matter BE COMPLETED electronically pursuant to By-law Number 366-2003.
VIII. THAT the Manager of Real Estate Services BE AUTHORIZED to offer the vacant parcels of land legally described as Part of Havens Drive R.O.W. along wi th Block 63, Plan 12M-364, all to be further described on a new reference plan of survey, for sale on MLS at a list price to be determined by the Manager of Real Estate Services or an independent appraisal, as appropriate.
