Windsor Police Services The Windsor Police Service has no concerns or objections with therequested closure of this alley. The outcome from the closure will not negatively affect police patrol or incident response capability in any way
Planning – Landscape Architect No concerns
Parks & Facilities No concerns
Public Works – Engineering The subject alley closure is approximately 5.5m (18.0ft) wide, and appears to be used as a driveway approach for 1986 Rossini Blvd and parking for 4200 Tecumseh. There are hydro poles and guy wires located throughout the alley, an easement is required for utilities. There are municipal storm and sanitary sewers located in the alley closure. Subject to the alley closure, the existing storm and sanitary sewer located in the alley is to become private drain connections for 4200 Tecumseh as it only services their property. This alley appears to serve no useful purpose by CR146/2005; therefore, we have no objections to the closureof this alley.
Public Works – Environmental No concerns from Environmental Services.
Public Works – Transportation Alley is used to park vehicles, supposedly overflow for 4200 Tecumseh Rd E. No concern with closing the right of way. However, attentionshould be given when dividing the alley as to keep a wide enough access to garage at rear of 1986 Rossini. Mike Spagnuolo Traffic Operations

EnWin Utilities – Hydro No Objection, however, an easement named to ENWIN Utilities is required for the length of the alley being closed to accommodate existing overhead hydro distribution, including poles, conductors, equipment and associated down guys and anchors. Refer to documentation attached below for easement requirements. Refer to attached sketch for hydrodistribution in the alley.
Windsor Utilities – Water Water Engineering has no objections.

Legal Department For lands abutting properties zoned CD2.1, $12.00 per square foot without easements and $6.00 per square foot with easements.
