Elie Saba, owner of the property known as 1545 Armanda Street, applied to close the entire portion of the 4.57 metre wide east/west alley located on the east side of Werner Avenue, between Armanda Street and Wentworth Street, as shown on Drawing No. CC1754, attached as Appendix "A.
The east/west alley appears to be untraveled and is comprised of grass. The Titcombe Municipal Drain runs perpendicular across the alley, between 1561 and 1595 Armanda Street.
The applicant wants the alley closed to increase the lot size and is requesting the full width of the alley.
