FINANCIAL MATTERS:

For this closure, $2.00 per square foot with or without easements, plus deed preparation fee and proportionate share of survey costs as invoiced to The Corporation of the City of Windsor, if required.

CONSULTATIONS:

Consultations were held with City Administrative Departments and Utility Companies, which resulted in the information outlined in Appendix "C" attached.

There were no objections from all of the municipal departments and all of the external agencies contacted.

Notices of the meetings of the Development & Heritage Standing Committee meeting and City Council are published in the Windsor Star prior to each of the meetings. In addition, notice of each of the public meetings will be mailed to any abutting/affected property owners prior to the meetings.

CONCLUSION:

The request by Jon Leeper for closure of that portion of Perth Avenue right-of way located on the north side of Chappus Street, between Lots 16 and 17 on Registered Plan 560, as shown on Drawing No. CC-1743 (attached as Appendix "A") be approved.
