Proposal:

The Applicant (Management and International Trading Inc.) proposes to rezone the subject lands to facilitate the construction of a 26 unit multiple dwelling. A concept plan is not available at this time; therefore, the site plan will be designed and constructed using the zone regulations implemented through this application.
