I THAT an amendment to City of Windsor Zoning By-law 8600 BE APPROVED, changing the zoning of Part of Lots 120 and 121, Concession 1 (known municipally as 6550 and 6560 Wyandotte Street East) from Residential District (RD) 3.4 (RD3.4) and Holding - Residential District (RD) 2.2 (HRD2.2) with a site specific provision (S. 20 (1) 201) to Residential District (RD) 3.1, with site specific regulations as follows:
- i. Lot Frontage: Minimum - 30m
- ii. Lot Area: Minimum - As Existing
- iii. Main Building Height: Maximum - 24m
- iv. Number of Dwelling Units: Maximum – 26
