PENGUIN WEIGHTED BLANKET

The Penguin Weighted Blanket is sensory integration equipment for children ages 3 and up with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, sensory processing disorder, and autism to provide proprioceptive feedback to help calm or soothe them. The user can crawl inside the Penguin Weighted Blanket and wrap themselves in comfort with one or both of the weighted arms. The design features weighted flippers (1 pound each) with pockets for the user's hands. Users can drape either or both flippers across their body for calming compression, or can remove the weights for lighter com pression. Dimensions: 62 inches x 28 inches. Each weighted flipper is 1 pound, total of 3 pounds. Made of plush polyester. Removable weights are plastic pellets in enclosed fabric. Remove weights and machine wash cold and dry low.
