FPPI Promotes Rouiller, McCann Fire Protection Products Inc. (FPPI), Carlsbad, California, announced several promotions within its team. Darla Rouiller has been promoted to customer service manager and Brian McCann has been promoted to director of business development.

Rouiller joined FPPI as customer service representative in 2013 and was promoted to operation specialist shortly after. In her new role, she oversees the customer service team in daily business and long-term planning. Rouiller holds a degree in IT and Business

Management and gained several years of experience in that field in her previous career.

Formerly FPPI's director of sales and marketing, McCann continues to oversee all marketing activities of FPPI, but is now additionally charged with introducing new products and improving upon the existing product line. McCann joined FPPI in 2009 and has lead the organization's brand-building efforts in support of its distributors for the past six years. Visit fppi.com.

IPSLEI to Honor Coleman's Achievements

The International Public Safety Leadership and

Ethics Institute (IPSLEI ) will honor Ronny J. Coleman, CFO, past chair of the Board of Trustees for the Commission on Fire Accreditation (CFAI), Inc., inaugural recipient of the Ronny Jack Coleman Leadership Legacy Award, as one of their 2015 Lifetime Achievement Awardees. The presentation will take place during IPSLEI's 3rd Annual Gala to be held October 10 in Tustin, California.

Coleman is a regular contributor to Sprinkler Age with his monthly column "AHJ Perspective" and is a recipient of AFSA's highest honor, the Henry S. Parmelee Award, in 1989. Information about IPSLEI and the gala are available at ipslei.org.

IAFC Elects Kerr as President Congratulations to Austin Fire Chief Rhoda Mae Kerr, who will be the first female president of the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Other chiefs elected to office include Chief John D. Sinclair of Washington, elected first vice president, and Chief Tom Jenkins of Arkansas, elected second vice president.
