Find the right class for you. We offer many classes to fit your needs and abilities. Our instructors are certified specialists with extensive training. Classes change a regular basis based on space and instructor availability. Some of our popular programs include:

Yoga

A variety of different styles of Yoga are offered from general Yoga to Yin to Yoga Flow - choose the best fit for you!

Functional Fitness Level 1 and 2

These classes are geared to individuals 55 years+ who have limited mobility and want to focus on range of motion, strengthening major muscle groups, and improving balance.

Muscle Strengthening and Conditioning

Conditioning Using small weights and your own body weight participants go through a series of exercises to help improve posture, strengthen muscles and learn to stretch correctly to benefit the entire body.

Our fitness staff are professional, certified fitness instructors.

Our fitness instructors are qualified specialists who have extensive training in the field. It is standard for all fitness instructors to be certified under the following bodies:

A qualified Fitness Instructor Specialist can lead groups in various formats of warm-up, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, stretching and relaxation and cool-down.
